The existing contour of a former railway embankment assumes an alternative form through a wooden roof that resolves the fragmentation created by the cuts awhile alluding to the original form. The beach is accessible from the city via passages running through the embankment. Those taking advantage of the parking at either end of the embankment can use the upper level promenade, choosing the point from where they will go down to the sea or at which terrace they would like to stop and enjoy the view.
